    In what was a rather challenging year, a few good notes have surfaced. A few sites I worked on while at the Horn Group in San Francisco were recognized in the 2009 W³ Awards for creativity and innovation in web design.

    Altimeter Group | Visual Design Lead

    altimetersiteThe first site was Charlene Li’s Altimeter Group (.net). I acted as the visual design lead for Charlene, a social media thought leader, co-author of Groundswell and former Forrester analyst.

    This was an exciting opportunity to work with a recognized industry name and I gained a ton of respect for her strategic, big-picture mind. She demonstrated the “I get it,” personality by responding to abstract ideas and presentations with questions and ideas for the next step rather than the practical application that would eventually occur.     Ah my eager content consuming user-friend, I’m glad you’re here. However, as it stands right now, the Wordpress version is not completely up and kicking. It’s close, very close. And you are more than welcome to poke around a bit and enjoy what I have ready for you.

    I still have a lot of curating in the portfolio/sketchbook/experimental areas as well editing of blog posts.

    I also just migrated the entire site over from a staged folder so from one hour to the next, there might be changes and updates. Hopefully, any broken paths to older content are fixed now.

    As for the blog, I’m collecting and filtering posts that I’ve made on various anonymous blogs that I’ve had over the past few years. I plan to publish Read More | Comments
